Planned Internet Outage

Scheduled Upgrade to Improve SACS' Internet Speed

CMT will be adding additional bandwidth for SACS' internet capacity over spring break. Due to this upgrade of equipment,CMT is scheduling an internet outage on Monday, April 2nd starting at 10:00 a.m. The outage may last the rest of the day and could spur periodic outages all week. See below for a complete list of services that will be affected. 

  • Powerschool
  • Email
  • Website
  • Canvas
  • Network folders
  • Internet will not work for students during outage

The length of the outage is dependent on many factors. CMT will tweet when services are restored, as well as, post updates on SACS' website. (CMT does not host those services so they will be available.)
